Hi,
can anyone tell how is support for CheckPoint FW-1/VPN-1?
Actually I am interested in appliance IP 740 with CheckPoint
FW-1/VPN-1, but I need a strong support...
Better if you can tell me something about Italian support

From personal experience Checkpoint support is reasonable.

Problem I have with them is that you first get to speak to their
front office which is way below the level of knowledge that one
would expect considering the fact that you have to be
certified to even get support. It is frustrating to see how much time
you actually lose on 'dumb' questions from Checkpoint before
you get your problem through to a higher level of support.
(This can take days, even weeks!) But when you actually get
there, it goes quickly most of the time.
