Checkpoint FW-1 R55 blocking on rule 995?

i have a checkpoint fw-1 R55p on a nokia ip530 running ipso3.8 with HFA03
microsoft rpc is being blocked on rule 995 - there is no rule 995 in the rule base.
i have checked the smart defence settings and they all look ok.
has anybody seen this before?
